1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is in processing or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
2. Modification of Orders
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address, add or remove items), please reach out to us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate changes if the order is still in processing. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify it.
3. How to Cancel or Modify an Order
To cancel or modify an order, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@carupgrade.shop with your order number and the requested change or cancellation details.
- We will respond as quickly as possible to confirm whether the cancellation or modification can be processed.
- If your order is already shipped, you will need to follow our returns process to return any unwanted items.
4. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return the items once they arrive. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for detailed instructions on how to return your products.
