4. Action on DMCA Notices

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take down the allegedly infringing content as required by law. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA guidelines.

5. Termination of Accounts for Repeated Infringement

In accordance with the DMCA, Carup may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights. If you believe that a user's account has been unfairly terminated, you may file a counter-notice as described above.
